Wouldn’t have it any other way

I refrigerated the dressing for 24 hours then brought to room temperature! Made a yummy salad! My friend loved it too and took your recipe !

In reply to Bill.

This was my first time making ceasar salad without bacon, anchovies or eggs. I liked it overall. I will keep making my “real ceasar” recipe but will keep that one as a back up for when I am missing ingredients.

Hi Jolayne! The dressing can be made 3-4 days in advance. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature if it has solidified and whisk to recombine before serving.

Would the dressing be ok sitting for 24 hours in the fridge?
Love your recipes!
Jolayne

I love Natasha’s kitchen. This is my third or fourth recipe that I’ve taken from here and everyone of them has been a complete success. The Rusolnik is to die for!!!

Best Caesar salad ever. Was even better than the one I always order from our favorite hometown restaurant.

We loved it! We grilled some chicken breasts with a little s&p and made it our dinner. Definitely added more Parmesan for an extra protein kick and for the love cheese. Thanks for the great recipe.

Hi Jordyn, the proportions are pretty typical for this dressing, but you might enjoy my creamy caesar dressing more. It’s my children’s favorite also.
