The best way to get this information would be to use a nutrition calculator (enter ingredients/quantities) to get your own estimate. Hi Ella! I’m sorry they deflated. That’s frustrating. Cream Puffs Recipe here, there is a section where I address common reasons why this happens.
I do not use a fan oven, mine is a conventional oven.

I always love watching your videos. You’re just fun to watch! I also tried making your cream puff recipe, but I’m not sure what went wrong during my process because mine deflated a few seconds after I removed it from the oven. I did weigh my ingredients well; my oven is not fan-assisted, so I’m thinking maybe that’s the difference, or maybe during the cooking of the flour method. Not sure, but anyway, it was still delicious. I filled it with mango cream! I just need to study the structure part more. Thanks for reading this, and I wish you more luck with everything you do.
